The hotel is located at heart of Chitose City, only 7 minutes walk from JR Chitose station, between Sapporo and Shin-Chitose Airport. It takes 29 minutes by airport express train from Sapporo. Also it takes only 7 minutes by taxi from Shin Chitose Airport. Twin,Triple and Double rooms are medium size and single room is small with simple décor. All are equipped with a hair-dryer, a small refrigerator, and tea making facilities and air-condition. Double room has a 180 cm width bed. Bathroom is small but in good condition. There is a Japanese restaurant next to the reception offering hot buffet breakfast to casual Japanese dinning. It is a modern, 9-storey white building on the main street from JR Chitose station. It is small with some sitting space and a few set of computer for Internet access. There are some steps on the way to the lobby from entrance. The hotel provides complimentary transfer service to Shin Chitose Airport upon reservation. In winter season, there is some bus transfer (with fee) from The Airport to major ski resorts (Niseko and Rusutsu). The hotel also provides self-service laundry machine for long stay travelers.
